Z87 Glasses can ship to anywhere within the United States. Note there are restrictions on some products and some product(s) cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Z87 Glasses is not responsible for weather delays or any other delay created by the shipper. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
If the shipper's tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to your address, and you have not received it, then you must report the lost package to us within two weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the packages to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if/when stock is available. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
